High-Performance Ram Material
The ram is available in isostatic graphite or TZM alloy to suit various high-temperature applications.

Optimized Pressure Field Simulation
3D finite element analysis is applied to model deformation under pressure loading, ensuring the ram maintains its shape at high temperatures. Post-calculation thickness reserves guarantee stable flatness across the loading platform.
Multifunctional Ram Setup
The ram module is designed for easy assembly and disassembly. When the pressing function is not needed, the furnace can operate solely as a vacuum brazing system.
Efficient Cooling System
Equipped with a 2-15 bar inert gas rapid cooling system for external circulation, ensuring fast and uniform cooling of the workpiece.
