  Adopts a professional-grade dynamic sealing structure to ensure zero leakage during long-term ram movements.

  The ram is available in isostatic graphite or TZM alloy to suit various high-temperature applications.

  The ram surface flatness is controlled within ±5 μm, ensuring uniform pressure distribution.

• Optimized Pressure Field Simulation
  3D finite element analysis is applied to model deformation under pressure loading, ensuring the ram maintains its shape at high temperatures. Post-calculation thickness reserves guarantee stable flatness across the loading platform.

• Multifunctional Ram Setup
  The ram module is designed for easy assembly and disassembly. When the pressing function is not needed, the furnace can operate solely as a vacuum brazing system.

• Efficient Cooling System
  Equipped with a 2-15 bar inert gas rapid cooling system for external circulation, ensuring fast and uniform cooling of the workpiece.
